How we got here.
A closed-loop battery specialist
In response to the emerging needs of lithium battery recycling and the critical demand for battery production materials, a team of dedicated recycling specialists established EcoVerse Solutions Inc., united by a common vision to develop comprehensive closed-loop battery solutions. With over 100 years of combined experience across the recycling industry, the founding team combined best-in-class capability across the battery value chain — from sustainable sourcing and logistics to advanced processing and project management. Compliance and secure material handling were built into that process from the first load, not added on afterward, because battery by-products carry regulatory exposure that generic scrap handling does not.

We've since combined that battery foundation with an existing metal-recycling network, R2v3-certified downstream processing partners capable of handling all e-waste types, and direct sourcing relationships with manufacturers and warehouses nationwide. Battery recycling remains our premium, most differentiated line — inside a broader e-waste and metal service built for industrial generators nationwide. Consolidating all three streams under one compliance program also means better aggregate volume, which translates directly into stronger recovered-material pricing for the generators we work with.

Material is logged at intake, tracked through every handoff, and documented through final disposition, so the record exists before anyone asks for it rather than being reconstructed after the fact.
